By accessing the Website, booking a call, or using Our Services, You agree to these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Our Services, book a call, or opt in to receive text messages from Us.

When You book a call through Our calendar, You agree to provide accurate contact information. We will send You confirmations, reminders, and follow-up about Your booking by email and, if You opt in, by text message. You may reschedule or cancel using the links in Your confirmation.
RIZE Global, LLC DBA Rana Sabra Global offers two separate text messaging programs on Our contact and booking forms. Each program has its own consent checkbox, and opting in to one does not opt You in to the other.
Program 1: Customer Care and Appointment Notifications (non-marketing). When You check the first text message consent box, You agree to receive text messages from RIZE Global, LLC DBA Rana Sabra Global related to customer care and support, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up on queries.
Program 2: Marketing and Promotions. When You separately check the second text message consent box, You agree to receive text messages from RIZE Global, LLC DBA Rana Sabra Global containing marketing and promotional offers, discounts, new product updates, and other promotional content.
Consent is optional. Consent to receive text messages, for either program, is not a condition of any purchase or of booking a call.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on Your bookings and requests.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact Your wireless carrier for details about Your plan.
How to opt out. You can cancel text messages from either program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After You reply STOP, We will send one final message confirming that You have been unsubscribed from that program. You will not receive further text messages from that program unless You opt in again.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Paid programs, workshops, and services may have additional terms, pricing, and payment conditions, which will be provided to You before purchase. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the program-specific terms apply.
